Ability to search in settings

I was trying to find the protected branches section in the settings and spend around 4-5 mins to find it. I am a GL developer and using GL everyday and yet it took time for me to find it.

I would appreciate a search functionality which also searches in settings too. Two options I can think of,

• Add search input to Settings page
• Allow user to in search project settings using the global search input on top right. It already shows This project and if I search for protected branches it can show me a link of it.
