Remove deprecated `cloud-deploy` image
Problem to solve
Since GitLab %12.10, we've release two cloud-deploy
images: aws-base
and aws-ecs
. They are the result of the split of a single image made during that milestone.
This separation triggered a deprecation process for the original image located at registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/cloud-deploy
.
This issue is to track its removal, ending the deprecation process

Proposal
Some TODOs:
- remove
cloud-deploy
image Dockerfile and related CI file (?) - remove deprecation message from the project README file.
- remove build process for the deprecated image.

What is the type of buyer?
Is this a cross-stage feature?
