Add "GitLab Team Member" badge to @mentions dropdown

This is a follow up to #212259 (closed)

Add "GitLab Team Member" badge to user the @mentions dropdown. The badge should come after the firstname lastname.

  • Updating the /autocomplete_sources/members endpoint to include is_gitlab_employee property
