replace GitLab official CLI image to AWS CLI v2 Docker image

Problem to solve

In 12.6 we delivered an official GitLAb CLI docker image. AWS has announced that they are supplying an official image. This requires maintenance and keeping track of every time AWS changes something in their CLI. AWS have release their own official docker image and we should move over to that image in order to avoid maintainability in the future.
