Define the most important item in the Kubernetes details view

Description

Currently, in CI/CD > Kubernetes details page for a cluster, the Applications section is taking most of the focus. It is also not possible to collapse it. Since this section will be less important due to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/42072, and probably other things may require more visibility, like the metrics, we should reconsider which is the "main view" for this page.

Proposal

Define which is the information we want to show when accessing Kubernetes details page. Everything else should be "collapsed" in sections that can be expanded if needed.
