[UX] Standardize controls across Analytics features

Problem to solve

There are various controls across Analytics features. For example, some have a filter bar, some do not. For another example, some have a date range selectors, some have a pre-set date range dropdown, others have no way to specify a date range.

Proposal

Standardize controls across Analytics features, such that all features have the same controls with the same appearance:

• Filter/search bar
• Date range selectors (start/end date; limit may differ between features as long as it is clearly explained)
