Improve Design Management tab message

Summary

The Design Management feature is currently available for Premium and above or Silver/Gold tiers only. If you are on a Bronze tier, you'll see a message that says you'll need to meet the requirements to have the feature available. The message will not change even if you have met the requirements.

  • We could improve the message to mention that if you on a Bronze or Starter plan, you'll need to upgrade to at least Silver/Premium to enable the feature.
  • We could improve the tab so that the message regarding the requirements is only shown on Silver and above / Premium and above
