display CI_PIPELINE_IID in pileline list

The pipeline list currently displays the CI_PIPELINE_ID (in the pipeline columm).

Displaying also CI_PIPELINE_IID would be helpful, because:

• it is a common practice to have the job's artifacts named after this number
• this number is more meaningful for a human

It could be displayed for example:

• as hint when h-overing the pipeline's status button (from status column)
• as hint when h-overing the pipeline's number link (from pipeline column)
• or displayed in the pipeline column, below or next to the CI_PIPELINE_ID
