Document the use of wildcards for artifacts

In https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/ci/yaml/README.html#artifacts we document how to define artifacts, but we don't mention the ability to use wildcards. It is tricky because if you use wildcards, files and directories are filtered but if a folder matches, all the files and subfolders in it are taken.

We can add some note or examples on the wildcard cases.
