Italicized bio causes issues with emojis

Summary

Changing the bio to italics in #24072 (closed) (!25155 (merged)) causes issues with emojis. See thread here: !25155 (comment 307775391)

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to /profile
• Add emoji to your bio
• Click "Profile" from avatar dropdown in upper right corner

What is the current bug behavior?

Emojis are italicized causing them to look weird

What is the expected correct behavior?

Emojis are not italicized

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

Possible fixes

Revert bio back to non-italicized
