Local gitlab registry for Gitlab K8S Managed Apps installed by Tiller.
Description
Gitlab managed apps currently use tiller to do installs. I eventually went with gitlab.com for my paid subscription rather than run a full gitlab install within my K8S cluster.
Proposal
Ideally I would like to be able to push my own docker builds to a registry within my cluster, and tiller optionally check that first before going to registry.gitlab.com
