Cant filter projects on button "Select project to create issue" in Dashboard/Issues

Description of the problem

I want to create a new issue in https://gitlab.com/dashboard/issues?assignee_id=XXXX by using the button "Select project to create issue", but whatever I type in that filter the result is an empty list that says "No matches found".

Proof with filtered by "a" (I have at least one project with a name that contains "a"):

This doesnt work with any text input at all.

Which Group/Project (with full path) is experiencing the issue?

Log in, open the website, trying to filter projects
