Investigate if/how we can compile a stats report on jira import and if it is useful at all.

For instance:

• Who ran the import
• Jira project that import ran on
• Date/time when import started
• How many issues should have been imported
• How many issues were actually imported
• How many issues failed to be imported
• Compile a list of failed to import issues(issue key?) and store it as an artifact perhaps CSV format for download
• How many comments were imported
• How many attachments were imported
• How many labels were imported
