Move e2e test on custom metrics to core

This is due to Move "Custom Metrics" feature into GitLab Core.

Some more QA related changes (Ref: #42640 (comment 286502215)):

• QA Alerting E2E test + dependents
  • EE::Page::Project::Operations::Metrics
  • Remove Metrics Page reference in QA:EE
