Scoped labels rendering isn't applied correctly to group labels when editing from right sidebar

When changing a scoped label inside an issue/merge request, it loses the black font color for the right side of the scoped label for labels that are green like groupexpansion. The black font comes back after refreshing the page.

Using Edit labels from right sidebar(loses black font/reverts to light green font):

Refresh browser/page and displays as expected with black font:
