Show projects that include security bot (suggested solution feature opted-in/active)

Problem

Based on #197349 (closed), the GitLab-Security Bot is an instance-level user that will create merge request (when solutions are available for dependency and/or container scanning), across multiple different projects. In the MVC, the profile view only shows the name, handle, links to documentation, and activity feed (auto-created merge requests). It doesn't show the user exactly what projects the bot may affect (per opt-in feature).

Solution

Display what projects the bot affects; that is projects where dependency scanning and/or container scanning are configured and opted-in to the auto-fix feature.
