New repositories from shared groups not visible

Summary

I have a group A with repositories shared with another group B. When I add a new repository to group A, this will not be visible for members of group B.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a group A.
• Create a group B.
• Share group A with group B.
• Create a new repository in group A.
