Slack 'opened merge request' webhook message is malformed

Summary

While using the Slack webhook integration, if a merge request is opened, the message sent to Slack notifying the team of the new MR seems incomplete.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set up a Slack notification Service as indicated here https://gitlab.com/help/user/project/integrations/slack.md
  2. Make sure Merge Request triggers are selected.
  3. Open a new Merge Request in your project.
  4. Go to the Slack channel in which your webhook is posting to
  5. Observe the issue

What is the current bug behavior?

The message seems to be missing some words that indicate the notification relates to a Merge Request:

Before it used to be:

It looks like merge request # is being replaced with !

What is the expected correct behavior?

Should display the full opened merge request text as indicated above.
