Assign quick action does not load the list of users

Summary

When you type /assign @ in the issue, the list of users is not loading.

Steps to reproduce

  • in any projects go to Issues > New issue
  • type /assign @ in the issue. As a result, the list of users is not loading. Same applies to any other place where assign quick action can be used.
