Summary

Interface won't show commit information of files.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project with nested folders
2. Create a file on the last level folder
3. Navigate through the folders and view the file list on that folder

Possible fixes

I think this have to do with the encoding of the path when the request is made. Looking in the developer console shows a 404 on a call to https://host/user/gitlab-ce-commit-info-bug/-/refs/master/logs_tree/folder_1%2Ffolder_2?format=json&offset=0

If I replace %2F for /, https://host/user/gitlab-ce-commit-info-bug/-/refs/master/logs_tree/folder_1/folder_2?format=json&offset=0, the request goes through on lists the commit info on a json.
