Evaluate work for a python 3 only image for dependency scanning
Problem to solve
We have python 2 as an option for users in case they are using it after EOL - as identified here - #198005 (comment 297426149)
We are not dependent on it, and don't use it unless the user has Python 2
Some users may want images without python 2 at all, let's collect user feedback here, and if there is intereest let's see how much work would that be?
