@markpundsack this feedback was provided by a large CE user (https://gitlab.my.salesforce.com/00161000006fyqb) when asked what EE feature additions they would upgrade for

Change management and software inventory: As big organizations roll into automated CI/CD flows, they are often leaving behind broad visibility of what is running in production, and an audit trail of when changes happen. Having gitlab-ci provide executive dashboards of the changes that occur in various environments over time may have some value.

Is there anything similar already in the works? Possibly attached to deploy boards?

I'm working with the requester to get more detail and would like to arrange a meet in the next 2 weeks
