Add closing button for Auto DevOps pipeline is enabled message

When importing a project to a group with Auto DevOps enabled, user can see a message about Auto DevOps is enabled. However, the interface for dismissing this warning is unclear: user is not completely sure if Dismiss message should dismiss a warning or disable an Auto DevOps

Would be nice to have here the same interface as we have on flash: with x closing button
