When Forking a project, Wikis and release notes do not fork/clone.

Summary

When I fork a project, the Wikis and Release notes do not fork. The tags do but there are no release notes with them. These are very important in the work that we do.

Steps to reproduce

Fork a project that has a wiki and release notes.

What is the current bug behavior?

Wikis and Release notes don't get cloned.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Release notes should be cloned with the tags and Wikis should be cloned also.
