Add user-level wiki
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

After group-level wikis are in place, it might make sense to also implement user-level wikis.
Both users and groups have a Namespace so maybe this wouldn't require much additional work, but it's not clear yet how useful this would be, and how it would fit in with related features like personal snippets.

What is the type of buyer?
Since user wikis are primarily intended to be personal, this would make sense to be in Core.
