Ctrl/Cmd-clicking URL in project/subgroup description treated as normal click

Summary

In the overview for a group, ctrl/cmd-clicking a URL in the description of a project or subgroup visits that project or expands the subgroup respectively (the link is still opened in a new tab as desired).

1. Visit https://gitlab.com/jrtc27-test-group
2. Ctrl/cmd-click on the links to GitLab in the descriptions for the subgroup and project listed

What is the current bug behavior?

The current page is unchanged, with the link opened in a new tab.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The link is opened in a new tab, but the subgroup is expanded or the project is visited.
