Ask user if they are creating a discussion or comment depending on context clues

I was collaborating with @jschatz1 today on the CSS refactor issue, we were creating a few discussions for the different discussions we wanted to take place in the issue. While we were typing out the discussion content, we had to make a conscious effort to toggle the comment button to a discussion button.
I was wondering if we would consider having some contextual checking on the frontend for the comment content and prompt the user in the event we think the user wants to create a discussion but forgot to toggle the discussion button. This is similar to how in gmail when you send an email with the content 'I'm attaching blahblahblah', yet you forget to include an attachment, gmail will warn you that you are sending a message without an attachment before sending out the email.
