Improve documentation for multi-project pipelines feature
This issue is based on Slack discussion with @jyavorska.
Summary:
Features list and Multi-project pipelines doc says that multi-project pipelines feature is for Premium+ but there are some parts of this feature available in Core:
I've created MR to reflect it in the doc: Adds note that trigger via api and CI file is in core.
I also did a quick test on my lab instance also showed that pipeline graphs work without the license, at least the downstream projects are shown there, so it is not fully clear what specific parts of the current functionality is available for Premium+ only. This issue has been created to clarify it in the documentation.
