Add pipeline results to Compliance Dashboard

Problem to solve

When an admin or group owner is assessing the compliance status of their GitLab environment, there are several pieces of information necessary to draw a conclusion. Among these is the status of pipelines for the code being deployed. Threre's not currently an aggregate view of pipeline statuses for all of the projects in a group. The pipeline can contain stages or jobs that are required for a project to be compliant with organizational policy, but this requires digging for information within each project to validate the pipeline.
