Centralize configurations for setting up Jenkins integration

Proposal

Currently, you have to do three different things in order to setup Jenkins integration:

Integration > Jenkins CI Integration > webhook General -> permissions -> Pipelines enable

I suggest that at least the permissions and the webhook are referenced on the jenkins-ci integration page.
