Display starred private projects

In our organization we give access to some clients to add issues, but don't want they see every project we have, so we configure groups and projects as private. If a developer starred a fork from a teammate to follow his develop, can't reach the fork through the starred projects list. I guess is because the project is configured as private.

To reach a teammate's project a member has to go to the group/project, click on the forks list and then to the teammate fork.

Quick access to teammate's forks even if the projects are configured as private.
