Add a link for edit custom metrics from charts - MVC

Problem to solve

This is the MVC for adding the edit link for custom metrics inside the monitoring dashboard

Intended users

• Devon (DevOps Engineer)
• Sidney (Systems Administrator)

Further details

• Introduce an "edit metric" link in the more options menu on each chart on custom metrics
• Upon clicking the link the user will be rerouted to the integrations settings ->Prometheus->Edit (focused on the selected metric)
