Add a link for edit custom metrics from charts - MVC
Problem to solve
This is the MVC for adding the edit link for custom metrics inside the monitoring dashboard

Further details
- Introduce an "edit metric" link in the more options menu on each chart on custom metrics
- Upon clicking the link the user will be rerouted to the integrations settings ->Prometheus->Edit (focused on the selected metric)
