When adding a link to a new wiki page from markdown, auto create those pages so they show up in the sidebar

Problem to solve

Right now when you edit the text of a wiki page and add links to new pages, they do not appear in the sidebar until you click that link and hit commit.

Intended users

Any users on projects can edit the wiki's. This could also be a non-engineering user at the group level.

• This will create a more seamless experience to see the page creation on the sidebar and be able to visualize the new pages you just made.
