Next & Previous Button in MR

Problem to solve

If you have 10 merge requests(MRs). You have to click the merge button and then go back to list view and click the another MR and then again merge.

Proposal

It would be nice to have a next and previous button which leads to the one another MRs, so that don't have to switch the list and form view repeatedly. So basically the next and previous buttons in MR form view. This kind of feature is generally lacked in the gitlab. But as a first step to have this feature in MR form view would be very easy and time saving while code reviewing and merging. It also helps to maintain the overview.

Also it saves time, if/when the internet is not well working or weak, because loading list and form view repeatedly on and on consumes time.
