The following should be copied to each page refactor:

We will be doing a CSS refactor of GitLab in general. This step is for the work on the Project Index Page.

• Identify all components on the page and list them here:
• Identify the already existing components in our CSS library.
• Prewrite screenshot tests using browserstack for GL and css framework
• Discuss component plan with team.
• Write components for each unwritten component in the css framwork first.
• Create an MR for that component in the css framework.
• Component is checked through screenshot framework and approved by 2 1 UX and 1 FE in:
  • Safari
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Mobile Safari
  • Mobile Android
  • IE 11
  • Edge
• Component is approved by Frontend reviewer 1.
• Component is approved by Frontend reviewer 2.
• Component is approved by UX reviewer 1.
• Component is approved by UX reviewer 2.
• Create an MR for that component in GL.
• Create an MR for implementation of that component in our current code.
• List all other instances of said component throughout the app below
