CI Charts: Display Pipeline Running Time

Description

Pipeline-Charts display only number of pipelines run, nothing about running time etc.

Proposal

Extend the Pipeline-Charts with a graph that evaluates the running time of a pipline over time. This would create the possibility to check for degredations/optimizations within the pipeline etc...
