Create a project template from Pajamas project

[When] creating a design system project in GitLab, [I want to] start from a template, [so I can] get up and running quicker.

I had a discussion with Christen around designers hosting their design system documentation in GitLab and how it would be useful to start from a template, much like you do using an HTML, iOS, Jekyl, etc. template. Could we add the Pajamas repo as a template in the Create from template? Thoughts?
