Please document how to publish gitlab pages for a group

Problem to solve

According to https://about.gitlab.com/stages-devops-lifecycle/pages/ I can use Gitlab Pages to publish information for a group, user account, or project.

But when I click the Documentation link, https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/pages/ the only explanations are for project-level pages, built on a particular repo.

Please extend the docs to describe how to publish pages for a group.
