Meta: Externalise Frontend Work in own repositories

This is the idea to take specific parts of our FE Code and externalise it in own repositories.

Why would we do it:

• Own specific fast CI
• Special + fast GDK
• Transient tests are not actually a topic
• No side effects from broken master

• Integration cycle with other parts
