Cannot open a file with sharp in filename from the "Find file" function

Summary

The "find file" function fails if there is a sharp in the filename when we try to open it, and redirect to 404

Step to reproduce

In a subfolder, i have a file named QRY_#0#(WP - Extraction OOP).dqy

When i navigate to the file and open it, the url is something like this: QRY_%230%23(WP%20-%20Extraction%20OOP).dqy
When i search for the file and open it, the url is something like that: QRY_#0#(WP%20-%20Extraction%20OOP).dqy, and leads to the 404 page
