Show memory and cpu on clusters list

Release post candidate

This describes 2 issues. This and #196544 (closed)

You can get a quick overview of your clusters from the cluster list page. The cluster listing now shows the number of nodes, available memory and CPU usage of your clusters. If you register your cluster with GitLab, you can receive a quick overview of your cluster's state from within GitLab. While a detailed overview, including custom metrics, was available for some time, the current developments allow a quick overview even in your cluster listing page.

This integration requires metrics-server to be available.

Problem to solve

As operators provision multiple clusters for multiple teams, it hard to keep track of the resources that were provisioned for each cluster.
