Reducing the wall of buttons on the project homepage

On the project homepage I am greeted by a wall of buttons for staring, forking, cloning, notifications. I've got three plus buttons to choose from (top nav, right of clone, and in repo file path). The download button is entirely duplicated. We're going to add a Web IDE button.

We should make the project homepage less overwhelming, show case the project more and buttons less.
