Show hostname and/or IP of a runner in settings/ci_cd

Description

Currently, GitLab only shows the runner's uuid, and the name assigned to that runner. This will sometimes mismatch the hostname depending on which of our engineers decided to name the thing.

From an administrator's POV, it would be really awesome to have the hostname and/or IP address of the runner displayed as well, so I can quickly connect to a system that requires maintenance.
