Displaying links to referrals in comments

Problem

Currently we can see when an issue is referred to in a different issue. This is however not possible for a comment. From where is/was this comment referred?

I think this can have a valuable informational impact if displayed correctly and subtle. One would be able to see if a comment is referred to often.. increasing its value.
