I am not the owner of repositories I create?

I have been creating repositories with the 'JGI' account I created a few days ago. I'm creating them in that account, with that account, no groups stuff or anything funny. Until this morning, whenever I created a repository, I was always listed as the 'owner' of that repository when viewing the members.

Since this morning, I am no longer listed as the owner, but as a master. This applies to new repositories that I create, and also to older repositories for which I was listed as owner a couple of days ago

Case in point: I just created a new repository through the web, https://gitlab.com/JGI/brand-new-repository. I have done nothing with it, other than create it. I am not listed as the owner.

Another example, the https://gitlab.com/JGI/gitlab-docker-template repository, was created about a week ago. At that time, I was listed as the owner. Now I am not, I am only listed as master.

Any ideas?

In case it helps, I've been creating and managing repositories through the API (which is awesome, thanks!). I only noticed this issue because I tried to get "projects?owned=true" and got an empty list. If I can't be the owner of repositories I create in my own account, how can that API ever return anything?

Thanks in advance for the help! Tony.
