Standardize clickable titles in settings
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Summary
In some of the settings menus, it is possible to expand sections by clicking the title of the section. In others it is not.
For example, the section General Settings section, its easy to expand and collapse sections by clicking the title, but in the Repository Settings section, you need to click the Expand button.
Steps to reproduce
Navigate to the General Settings page for a project, click the title, see it expand and collapse.
Navigate to the Repository Settings page for a project, the title is plain text and can not be interacted with.
What is the current bug behavior?
The titles are plain text.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The titles should control the section's status.
