Mirror repository without automatic updates

Description

I intend to mirror a large public repository. Since I only will use this mirror occasionally I would like to set up mirroring but with manual synchronization only.

Benefits: I save bandwidth, and avoid the risk of getting banned by the remote repo.

Proposal

Add a "No automatic update" (or the like) to the Synchronization time dropdown.
