commit and diff shows wrong number of files and shows zero when there was one file in the commit

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit https://gitlab.com/idearoom/stanley/commit/e21875fb4017cf298ba8f0dbf5151df7baded2f0
2. Notice the number of changed files
3. Click on Plain diff and notice the changed files

There also seems to be a UI bug on the width of the orange bar. Should I create a separate issue for this?

Commit screen shows 1 changed files
