User autocomplete not working for some project members

Some project members are not appearing in autocomplete in markdown fields. Neither myself or @pslaughter are appearing, as well as others.

The autocomplete json list loads everyone, but when starting to type a username some don't appear

If you manually type the name and submit username works correctly, but it isn't appearing in autocomplete list
