New design for group deletion confirmation on Admin page

`admin area/overview/groups`		Delete group ‘[Group name]’?	You’re about to permanently delete the group [Group name], its subgroups, projects, repositories, and all related resources including issues, merge requests, etc.. Once you confirm and press Delete group, it cannot be undone or recovered. To confirm, type `[Group name]`	[Cancel] [Delete group]
